Bachelor's degree and 8 years of related experience; master's degree and 6 years’ experience or an additional 4 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
Experience in project management/execution and closeout.
Experience in Earned Value Management (EV) in an applicable system.
Executive presence and comfort in communications at that level (preferred).
Background/experience in rapid development and prototyping (preferred).
