What you'll do

Lead all phases of the program life cycle from proposal development through contract closeout.
Manage program cost, schedule, and technical performance to meet all contractual requirements.

Develop new business opportunities through strategic planning, capture planning, and proposal development.
Cultivate customer relationships to identify and develop further opportunities within the customer community.
Track and manage program requirements, baselines, and budget adherence using Earned Value Management.
Conduct thorough risk and opportunity management practices including identification and mitigation.
Manage suppliers and government-supplied property to ensure program objectives are met.

What we're looking for

US Citizenship is required.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related STEM degree with 5 years of project management experience.
Master’s degree with 3 years of project management experience.
Demonstrated experience leading tasks on schedule, at cost, and achieving all requirements.
Proven success leading teams or organizations to achieve common goals.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adjust for different audiences.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills in independent and team environments.
Experience in both Engineering and Project Management or IPT roles (preferred); Systems Engineering experience (preferred); Proposal Management and/or Business Development experience (preferred).
