What we're looking for
US Citizenship is required.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related STEM degree with 5 years of project management experience; OR a Master’s degree with 3 years of project management experience.
Demonstrated success leading teams and organizations to achieve common goals while meeting cost, schedule, and technical requirements.
Proven track record of maintaining excellent internal and external customer relationships.
Strong written and verbal communication skills tailored to various audiences from technicians to executives.
Ability to work independently with limited oversight and move forward with incomplete information.
Experience in both Engineering and Project Management or IPT roles (preferred).
Systems Engineering, Proposal Management, and/or Business Development experience (preferred).
