What you'll do

Manage program cost, schedule, and technical performance for the Propulsion portfolio.
Lead cross-functional teams through all phases of the lifecycle from proposal to contract closeout.
Develop new business opportunities through strategic planning, capture planning, and proposal development.
Coordinate with customers and internal departments to ensure technical integrity and meet requirements.
Manage program resources including workforce planning, budget baselines, and Earned Value Management (EVM).
Conduct risk and opportunity management to mitigate potential project issues.
Negotiate contracts, manage changes, and oversee operating budgets and schedule milestones.
Deliver clear presentations regarding program performance to customers and executive leadership.

What we're looking for

U.S. Citizenship is required for employment.
Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience supporting U.S. Government contracts or project management in the Aerospace Industry are required.
Master’s degree and 3 years of experience supporting U.S. Government contracts or project management in the Aerospace Industry are acceptable.
Minimum 3 years of functional and/or technical leadership experience is required.
Experience leading program tasks on schedule, at cost, and meeting all requirements as a program manager, project lead, IPT, or CAM is required.
Experience building and leading diverse teams including mentoring, coaching, and conflict resolution is required.
Advanced MS Office Suite and MS Project skills are required.
Ability to communicate complex concepts and deliver compelling presentations to various stakeholders is required.
