What you'll do

Lead cross-functional Integrated Program Teams to meet cost, schedule, and technical performance objectives.
Manage the full program life cycle from proposal development and startup through execution and contract closeout.
Develop and implement team structures and organizational processes to optimize productivity and foster collaboration.
Develop new business opportunities through long-term strategic planning, capture planning, and proposal development.
Manage program resources, including workforce planning, operating budgets, and contract negotiations.
Conduct thorough risk and opportunity management while ensuring adherence to internal processes and industry standards.
Establish design concepts and engineering efforts for product research, development, and integration.
Measure and report program performance to internal and external customers using Earned Value Management.

What we're looking for

Must have a Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years of experience, or a Master’s Degree and 3 years of experience supporting U.S. Government contracts and/or project management in the Aerospace Industry.
Must have at least 3 years of functional and/or technical leadership experience.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Must have experience leading program tasks on schedule and at cost as a program manager, project lead, IPT, or cost account manager.
Must have experience building and leading diverse and inclusive teams, including mentoring, coaching, and conflict resolution.
Must have advanced MS Office Suite and MS Project skills.
Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS), Integrated Master Plan (IMP), Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), and Risk and Opportunity Management (preferred).
Experience in Program Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, and/or IPT roles (preferred).
