What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

2-4 years of experience in an IT, technology product, or business systems analyst role supporting commercial or customer-facing processes.
Experience with enterprise applications like ERP, CRM, and order management systems, along with requirements documentation and basic data analysis.
Proven experience analyzing order-to-cash workflows and translating complex stakeholder needs into actionable specifications.
Experience supporting system testing, validation, and release activities in regulated or quality-focused environments.
English proficiency is required; additional languages are a plus.
Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile certifications (preferred); experience in medical device/life sciences or with Agile methodologies (preferred).
