What you'll do

  • Lead discovery sessions to identify client pain points, workflows, and technical requirements.
  • Design and document "To-Be" states by determining the optimal configuration of the Ripple Treasury suite.
  • Act as a subject matter expert to guide clients through treasury best practices and modernize legacy processes.
  • Perform hands-on configuration of the platform to align technical setup with client strategic goals.
  • Facilitate training sessions to empower users and ensure maximum return on investment from the software.
  • Provide client feedback to Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to influence the product roadmap.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of experience in client-facing solution consulting or software implementations.
  • Experience specifically within ERP or SaaS environments.
  • Deep knowledge of treasury domain areas including cash management, payments, risk, or hedge accounting.
  • Proficiency in navigating complex software ecosystems and understanding data flows between treasury systems, banks, and ERPs.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear financial language for executive stakeholders.
  • Experience working directly with Corporate Treasury, Accounting, or Finance teams.
  • Proven ability to lead discovery sessions and provide consultative advice rather than just following orders.
