The Associate Director, Customer Master & Data Product Owner joins the Strategy, Analytics and Transformation group to manage and implement customer master and reference data for Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine. Manage and implement customer master and reference data to improve data quality and timeliness.
Define and enforce master data management standards, business rules, and governance procedures across platforms.

Lead the design and development of a single source of truth for customer and account data.
Manage vendor resources to ensure continuous improvement of master data processes and tools.
Resolve complex data issues and quality problems by identifying root causes and sustainable solutions.
Oversee data acquisition, contracting, and the management of data-related investments.
Coordinate with IT and cross-functional teams to integrate master data with operational systems.
What we're looking for
A BA/BS degree in Business, Technology, Analytics, or Health Sciences is required.
A master's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
Candidates must have at least 7 years of experience in data management, analytics, or commercial excellence within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
Proficiency with pharma industry syndicated/secondary data from vendors like IQVIA, Veeva, Definitive Healthcare, AHA, AMA, and MedPro is required.
Proven results as a project manager in cross-functional technology projects are required.
Experience using MDM toolsets such as Informatica or Reltio is required.
Strong analytical skills including modern business intelligence tools, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word are required.
A commitment to learning emerging technologies like AI is preferred.
