What you'll do

Lead and mentor a team of technicians in aircraft and automotive fabrication and assembly processes.
Supervise airframe construction techniques including riveting, mechanical fasteners, and nut plates while ensuring quality standards.
Oversee the assembly of complex electro-mechanical systems, high-quality wire harnesses, and component fabrication via hand soldering.
Perform validation and testing of electronic components using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and network analyzers.
Review and verify wiring diagrams and assembly instructions to ensure accurate build integration.
Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues discovered during functional checkouts and system tests.
Manage production workflows in a fast-paced environment to meet specific project deadlines.

What we're looking for

U.S. citizenship is required for contractual obligations.
Demonstrated broad experience in aircraft, automotive, or similar fabrication and assembly of structural and electronic systems.
Experience with validation, testing, and mechanical assembly of complex electro-mechanical systems.
Working knowledge of electrical components and the ability to read wiring diagrams.
Proficiency with hand tools, light power tools, and standard computer applications.
Strong organizational skills to lead a team and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Preferred qualifications include an A&P license, forklift certification, or experience in sheet metal work and machining.
