What you'll do

Track and move parts through the production flow to ensure timely delivery to subsequent work centers.
Coordinate the physical movement of components between receiving, stock rooms, and manufacturing areas.
Maintain accurate and clean data within MRP, ERP, and MES systems.
Resolve inventory inaccuracies to support supply planning and meet production demand schedules.
Develop and maintain reports highlighting project needs, deliverables, and constraints for internal and customer use.
Communicate part status and estimated completion dates to leadership on a weekly basis.
Manage material certifications to ensure only approved materials are used in the manufacturing process.
Organize and maintain physical and electronic databases for production tooling and calibration.

What we're looking for

High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
2+ years of experience in a manufacturing, shipping, or logistics environment.
2+ years of experience supporting administrative processes.
Experience with MRP/ERP/MES systems such as Netsuite or Oracle.
Strong computer skills and proficiency with the full suite of MS Office products.
Experience with Tableau, Confluence, SQL, or other reporting features.
Must be a U.S. Person due to access to export-controlled information.
Experience in manufacturing, inventory, aerospace/automotive sectors, or Lean Manufacturing (preferred); APICS certification (preferred).
