What you'll do

  • Lead functional and technical analysis to resolve customer issues in mobile and web applications.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems with delivery teams, third-party vendors, and clients.
  • Create and manage automated scripts for functional monitoring of web and mobile platforms.
  • Manage the product backlog and prioritize user stories with business partners.
  • Lead daily Scrum meetings and production defect resolution calls.
  • Oversee production activities and stability for a wide range of GSG applications.
  • Implement automated reporting and dashboards to improve incident visibility and operational efficiency.
  • Manage production support operations to meet Service Level Agreements for high ticket volumes.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in any healthcare application support role.
  • Experience managing IT production support for web and mobile healthcare applications.
  • Experience ensuring stability and compliance for HIPAA-sensitive systems.
  • Experience building and managing geographically distributed 24x7 support teams for large-scale digital assets.
  • Experience with Dynatrace, Tealeaf, Discover, and Splunk for monitoring and reporting.
  • Experience with ETL and Databricks job monitoring, including automated retries and escalation workflows.
  • Experience managing production support operations for ticket volumes exceeding 1,000 per week.
