Product Systems Analyst

What you'll do

• Analyze and define technical requirements and business needs for commercial technology products.
• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to align product strategies.
• Perform integration implementation and testing in partnership with internal and external engineering teams.
• Query SQL databases to extract data and answer specific business questions.
• Report defects and bugs by creating and managing incident tickets for resolution.
• Present technical solutions and product capabilities to stakeholders and internal customers.
• Develop innovative technical solutions to resolve complex, large-scope problems.
• Optimize business processes by leveraging existing technology functionality and product solutions.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience (preferred).
• 4-8 years of experience (preferred).
• Technical aptitude with scripting (e.g. Python), SQL, and API testing (e.g. Postman, Bruno) (preferred).
• Technical aptitude with application diagnostics and debugging (e.g. Dynatrace, Splunk) (preferred).
• Agile/Scrum/Kanban team experience, Jira and ServiceNow experience (preferred).
• Java or other programming experience (preferred).
• Sales or customer service experience (desirable).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain decisions and discuss requirements with stakeholders.
