What we're looking for
2+ years of experience working in a product role.
Experience in product operations, product analytics, QA, consulting, or similar roles.
High level of comfort using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms in day-to-day work.
Ability to design and iterate on AI-driven workflows to improve efficiency, quality, and insight generation.
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with product and business data.
Ability to synthesize quantitative signals and qualitative feedback into actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate issues and recommendations.
Experience working closely with engineering and design teams (preferred); familiarity with analytics tools or SQL (preferred); experience supporting both consumer and partner-facing products (preferred).
