Agile Product Owner

What you'll do

• Own, manage, and prioritize the product backlog of user stories.
• Translate strategic intent into detailed requirements, including user stories, feature specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Conduct backlog refinement meetings with the scrum development team to clarify features.
• Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily scrums, and retrospectives.
• Analyze stakeholder feedback to identify and prioritize features that provide the highest business value.
• Measure product performance and value delivery to make necessary adjustments to the roadmap.
• Act as the sole owner for accepting user stories into the baseline and approving sprint goals.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in business analysis, solutions development, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience with Agile development methodologies and within an agile project team.
• Advanced computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs like Excel, Visio, and Project.
• Experience interacting with stakeholders, vendors, and customers to deliver technical solutions.
• Experience integrating production, retail, and manufacturing support systems.
• Working technical background in network security, communication, client/server technologies, and software development.
• SAFe Certification and experience with point of sale in a retail environment are preferred.
