Platform Product Owner

What you'll do

• Conduct customer interviews with stakeholder teams to identify and validate core problem areas for prioritization.
• Distinguish between feature requests and actual problems to ensure the team focuses on high-value outcomes.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog using data-driven frameworks like RICE to eliminate low-value work.
• Write clear, concise user stories with defined success criteria for engineering teams.
• Act as the primary translator between leadership, internal customers, and technical engineering teams.
• Communicate project progress through various formats including demos, reviews, presentations, and written reports.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies to serve as the voice of the customer during development cycles.
• Use data and experiments to validate hypotheses and build product roadmaps based on user needs.

What we're looking for

• Must have 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, ideally for enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Experience with agile workflows such as Scrum or Kanban is required.
• Ability to apply prioritization frameworks like RICE or WSJF.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and APIs including SCIM Provisioning, AWS, GCP, and Rest.
• Ability to write simple scripts and use AI tools to generate working prototypes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with LLM Infrastructure and APIs such as Gemini Enterprise or AWS Bedrock is preferred.
• Experience working in the video game industry is a plus.
