Product Operations Manager

What you'll do

• Own and improve the full Product Development Life Cycle to ensure operational excellence for product launches.
• Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Support teams to ensure launch readiness.
• Build and deploy AI-powered workflows and agents to automate customer feedback triage and launch tracking.
• Maintain a single source of truth for launches to provide cross-functional partners with real-time visibility.
• Centralize product knowledge by providing PMs and stakeholders with accessible tools, resources, and templates.
• Query product, CRM, and customer data systems to surface high-signal insights and revenue opportunities.
• Translate raw data into clear, actionable recommendations for product managers and leadership.

What we're looking for

• 4+ years of experience in product operations, program management, or a related relevant experience.
• Experience collaborating across multiple departments and aligning stakeholders with different priorities toward shared outcomes.
• Experience communicating with and presenting to senior leadership at the Director+ level in writing and live settings.
• Hands-on experience with product management and engineering tools like Jira, Confluence, or GitHub.
• Experience working in ambiguous environments to define approaches, prove value quickly, and iterate.
• Demonstrated ability to lead through influence rather than authority to drive outcomes across teams.
• 2+ years of software engineering, technical product management, or other relevant technical experience (preferred).
• Proficiency in programming languages or SQL, and experience building AI agents or automated workflows (preferred).
