What you'll do

Lead the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for the SDK, Developer Portal, and Marketplace experiences.
Translate stakeholder feedback into clear requirements and prioritize work to maximize platform impact.
Partner with engineering teams to navigate technical trade-offs and influence product design decisions.
Analyze root causes of issues by collaborating with support and observability teams.
Monitor key performance metrics and efficiencies for the developer ecosystem products.
Conduct research and develop business cases to identify new trends, features, and products.
Define acceptance criteria for development teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Create release documentation and internal training materials in coordination with Release Management.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of related experience or an advanced degree with 3+ years of experience.
Demonstrable experience in software product management.
Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
Fluent written and oral communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently as a self-starter to deliver results.
Strong teamwork, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
Experience with Pendo or other user analytics applications is preferred.
Authorization to work for any employer in the U.S.
