What you'll do

Drive the product roadmap and strategy for the SDK, Developer Portal, and Marketplace.
Translate client and stakeholder feedback into clear requirements and prioritized work items.
Partner with engineering to understand technical trade-offs and influence product design.
Analyze root causes of issues by collaborating with support and observability teams.
Monitor and impact key metrics and efficiencies for all managed products.
Establish and track business cases, financials, and risk assessments for product success.
Deliver product acceptance criteria to development teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Develop release documentation and internal training materials in collaboration with Release Management.

What we're looking for

Must have a Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related experience, an advanced degree and 3+ years of experience, or equivalent experience.
Must have demonstrable experience in software product management.
Must possess excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Must have strong teamwork, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
Must be proficient in Excel and data analysis.
Must be a self-starter with the ability to deliver results independently.
Must be fluent in written and oral communication in English.
Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
Experience with Pendo or other user analytics applications is a plus (preferred).
