As a Product Operations Manager within the Customer Enablement, Engineering, and Exploration team, you will own the operating model for a product organization building internal tools and workflows. You will partner with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to reduce coordination overhead, improve documentation practices, and build systems that keep teams aligned. Your daily responsibilities include evolving intake, planning, and communication practices while designing automations to reduce operational friction. You will manage communication channels, measure adoption using product analytics and usage metrics, and translate ambiguous needs into scalable solutions. The role requires five years of experience in product, technical writing, or engineering. You must demonstrate skills in workflow automation, documentation systems, and collaboration tooling, while applying AI tools to accelerate research, synthesis, and the creation of AI-enabled workflows.
Own and evolve the operating model for intake, planning, documentation, and communication practices.
Design and implement tools, automations, and workflows to reduce operational friction for product, design, and engineering teams.
Drive consistency in capturing and sharing requests, decisions, and updates to ensure documentation is current and findable.
Build and manage communication channels to reduce silos and keep stakeholders informed on product roadmaps.
Measure adoption and engagement across internal tools and processes using data to demonstrate impact.
Apply AI tools to accelerate personal productivity and build AI-enabled workflows for the organization.
Translate ambiguous operational needs into scalable solutions by partnering across cross-functional teams.
What we're looking for
5+ years of experience in product, technical writing, or engineering.
Experience improving team processes, workflows, or operating models within a large, complex organization.
Demonstrated ability to build trust and relationships across product, design, engineering, and business stakeholders.
Experience creating and managing documentation, operational processes, and internal communications at scale.
Strong organizational skills to manage competing priorities and drive clarity through ambiguous, cross-functional problems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a structured approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
Experience applying AI tools to accelerate research, synthesis, writing, analysis, and decision-making, and building AI-enabled workflows for others (preferred).
Familiarity with workflow automation platforms, documentation systems, and collaboration tooling (preferred).
