What you'll do

Develop the vision, strategy, roadmap, and release plans for new product features and migration plans.
Prioritize product features by analyzing customer needs and breaking them down into functional stories.
Lead cross-functional teams to remove roadblocks and meet quality standards, project deadlines, and business objectives.
Act as the primary intermediary between market requirements and R&D to advocate for product needs.
Partner with Architecture teams to solution new capabilities, including Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technologies.
Lead sales initiatives and Go-To-Market activities to drive customer adoption of new product features.
Measure customer adoption and retention based on the deployed Go-To-Market plan and tactics.
Conduct regular meetings and presentations with customers at conferences and on-site locations.

What we're looking for

2+ years experience in product management or software development.
Expertise in managing cross-functional, cross-business, and cross-disciplinary projects.
Experience working with product and engineering teams in a collaborative software development environment and defining Go-To-Market plans.
Basic understanding of software licensing and product delivery in a B2B business model.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of mainframe software industry, transformation trends, and insights (preferred).
Must have legal authorization to work in the US.
Bachelor's Degree.
