What you'll do

Develop the vision, strategy, roadmap, and release plans for new features and migration plans.
Prioritize product features by analyzing customer needs and breaking them down into functional stories.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree required.
At least 2 years of experience in product management or software development.
Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
Experience managing cross-functional, cross-business, and cross-disciplinary projects.
Experience working with product and engineering teams in a collaborative software development environment.
Ability to define Go-To-Market plans and lead sales initiatives for customer adoption.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with effective stakeholder management.
Knowledge of the mainframe software industry and transformation trends is preferred.
