What you'll do

Own the licensing, subscription management, and billing foundation for the Hindsight recording platform.
Conduct continuous discovery by interviewing customers and stakeholders to synthesize problem statements and opportunity assessments.
Write clear product specifications and manage scope trade-offs with engineering and design teams.
Define and instrument success metrics to track product impact and inform data-driven decisions.
Coordinate feature changes and launches with Finance, Sales Operations, and ERP teams.
Perform competitive analysis to inform product features, pricing, packaging, and subscription management.
Align product catalogs and sales materials with marketing teams to ensure smooth go-to-market processes.
Build and iterate on AI-generated prototypes to rapidly test product concepts.

What we're looking for

5+ years of professional experience in a high tech environment.
3+ years of product management experience in SaaS, cloud platforms, or enterprise software.
Experience with emergency communications systems, radio systems, call handling systems, or cloud hosted platforms.
Demonstrated ability to run customer discovery and translate findings into product decisions.
Ability to engage in technical discussions about architecture and trade-offs with engineering teams.
Experience defining and tracking product metrics and using data to drive prioritization.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely.
Bachelors Degree.
