What you'll do

Own the product definition, market strategy, and roadmap for next-generation computational lithography solutions.
Translate customer technical requirements into actionable product roadmaps and engagement strategies.
Deliver product requirement documents including business cases, market feasibility, and validation plans.
Define feature priorities and determine detailed release scopes in coordination with R&D and engineering teams.
Evaluate financial aspects of development including budgets, R&D appropriations, and profit-loss projections.
Execute product business plans by analyzing market trends and sales forecasting.
Develop competitive marketing campaigns and positioning to ensure product market share and profitability.
Create marketing materials, sales collaterals, and training materials for product launches and customer presentations.

What we're looking for

Hold a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physical Sciences, or equivalent experience.
Have a minimum of 8 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
Have 3+ years of experience in product marketing and management with knowledge in lithography, metrology, and process control.
Possess experience working with semiconductor customers worldwide.
Have experience leading cross-functional teams in global operations.
Demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in a multi-cultural environment.
Experience in HPC strategy, GPU infrastructure, and AI/ML enablement (preferred).
