What you'll do

Own the product roadmap and lifecycle for the Centrix DTS product suite.
Define and execute product strategies aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
Develop business cases, pricing, packaging, financial forecasts, and investment recommendations.
Partner with Engineering and Product Owners to prioritize initiatives and deliver high-quality solutions.
Monitor product performance, adoption, financial results, and customer feedback to drive improvements.
Build and integrate AI experiences within the product suite.
Represent the product as a subject matter expert to customers, prospects, and industry stakeholders.
Communicate product strategy, roadmap, and business value to executive leadership.

What we're looking for

Must have a Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of related experience, a Master’s with 6 years, a PhD with 3 years, or equivalent experience.
Must have demonstrable experience in software product management.
Must have strong team leadership skills, including building, growing, motivating, and mentoring high-performance teams.
Must possess excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Must have strong teamwork, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
Must have Excel and data analysis proficiency.
Must be fluent in written and oral communication in English.
Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
Experience with Pendo or other user analytics applications is a plus (preferred).
