Senior Product Manager

What you'll do

• Own the product roadmap and lifecycle for the Centrix DTS product suite.
• Define and execute product strategies aligned with customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.
• Develop business cases, pricing models, financial forecasts, and investment recommendations for new features.
• Partner with Engineering and Product Owners to prioritize initiatives and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Integrate AI technologies and build AI-driven experiences within the product suite.
• Lead the major transformation and 0-to-1 launch of the dispute management solution.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on commercial payments and digital banking for customers and stakeholders.
• Monitor product performance, adoption metrics, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.

What we're looking for

• Must have a Bachelor's degree with at least 8 years of experience, or a Master's with 6 years, or a PhD with 3 years.
• Must have demonstrable experience in software product management.
• Must possess strong team leadership skills to build, grow, and mentor high-performance teams.
• Must be proficient in Excel and data analysis.
• Must have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English.
• Experience with Pendo or other user analytics applications is preferred.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
