What we're looking for
5+ years of product management or equivalent experience leading the development of software products for internal or external users.
Experience independently navigating ambiguity, identifying user problems, and converting broad strategies into focused product roadmaps.

Practical understanding of AI and machine-learning product development including model capabilities, data requirements, evaluation methods, and privacy considerations.
Experience using AI-enabled tools to improve the quality and speed of product discovery, prototyping, delivery, or evaluation.
Demonstrated ability to lead across functions and build alignment among stakeholders with different expertise and incentives.
Experience designing products where user trust, privacy, permissions, or other sensitive requirements are central to the experience.
Experience with employee products, HR technology, governed data products, or agentic AI/ML-powered products in trust-sensitive domains (preferred).
