What we're looking for

  • At least 8 years of product management experience delivering consumer or enterprise SaaS products.
  • Experience with applied AI, conversational AI, or voice experience platforms is preferred.
  • Proven ability to take products from 0 to 1 and scale them while navigating ambiguity.
  • Deep fluency in AI/ML concepts including LLMs, conversational interfaces, RAG, and intent classification.
  • Strong data acumen using behavioral signals, experimentation, and cohort analysis to prioritize features.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to align senior stakeholders and distributed teams.
  • A global-by-design mindset to serve customers and professionals across different geographies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field; MBA is a plus.
