Product Lifecycle Management, Supply Chain

What you'll do

• Develop and monitor reliable logistics plans to ensure swift time-to-market for new and revised products.
• Evaluate the impact of engineering changes and coordinate their implementation across the product lifecycle.
• Coordinate material flow for critical non-volume items including prototypes, pilot parts, tools, and packaging.
• Manage supply chain ramp-ups to align with established product roadmaps.
• Balance material availability against customer service levels, inventory targets, quality standards, and costs.
• Identify supply chain bottlenecks and execute actions to manage the critical path for production.
• Represent the Supply Chain department in cross-functional teams to manage product introductions and phase-outs.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a similar field is required.
• A Master's degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 4 years of applicable work experience is required.
• Experience in planning and logistics processes in a high-tech, low-volume environment is preferred.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to access controlled technology as defined in the U.S. Export Administration Regulations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills are required.
• Ability to manage stakeholders at both operational and executive levels is required.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting data, information, and documents is required.
