What you'll do

Own and evolve the product vision and roadmap for a unified fleet and lifecycle management capability.

Partner with engineering leads to align on shared architecture principles for disparate software components.
Represent customer needs for both human operators using a UI and AI agents using programmatic tools.
Build business cases, define success metrics, and communicate roadmap trade-offs to executive stakeholders.
Connect with customers and design partners to validate priorities and de-risk major roadmap bets.

What we're looking for

5+ years of product management experience owning complex, technical, cross-product capabilities.
Experience shipping infrastructure, DevOps, IT operations, or observability products.
Demonstrated ability to build product direction across multiple engineering teams and drive alignment without direct authority.
Strong technical fluency to discuss architecture trade-offs with engineers.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to distill multi-team initiatives into clear narratives.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Experience designing products for emerging AI-agent/automation use cases (preferred).
Experience with Kubernetes-based deployment models, remote configuration, or BYOC models (preferred).
