Manager, Supply Chain Management

What you'll do

• Manage a team of buyers and material managers to optimize key performance metrics and operational effectiveness.
• Oversee day-to-day supply chain operations including material planning, sourcing, MRP execution, and supplier performance management.
• Lead strategic sourcing activities such as tenders, bid evaluations, contract negotiations, and finalization.
• Manage material availability for parts, consumables, and tooling while proactively resolving shortages and expediting critical items.
• Develop and implement supply chain policies, tools, and processes to reduce costs and streamline procedures.
• Monitor market trends, raw material costs, and regulatory developments to mitigate risks and identify opportunities.
• Ensure supplier compliance with safety, quality, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations.
• Lead audit readiness and compliance activities across procurement, logistics, inventory, and subcontract management.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree with 9 years of experience, a graduate degree with 7 years, or 13 years of experience without a degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading teams and collaborating internally and externally.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing direct material commodities and negotiating pricing and delivery improvements.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in MRP systems, materials management, and DoD procurement requirements including FAR and DFAR.
• Minimum 5 years of experience understanding contractual terms and risk mitigation.
• MBA or graduate degree in Supply Chain (preferred).
• APICS certification (preferred).
• Security clearance.
