Principal, Supply Chain Management

What you'll do

• Lead supply chain program management to drive execution and optimize supplier bases for missile defense programs.
• Identify operational pain points and implement best-in-class supply chain processes and efficiencies.
• Track program deliverables and develop mitigation plans for long-term supply chain risks.
• Manage critical milestones, project requirements, and supplier capacity analysis to ensure inventory optimization.
• Provide technical support for DFx by reviewing engineering changes and assessing material impacts.
• Manage supplier relationships and performance to meet specific program and customer requirements.
• Develop and track customized supply chain management metrics specifically for space programs.
• Communicate the company's value proposition from both a technical and programmatic perspective.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree with 12 years of experience, a Graduate degree with 10 years of experience, or 16 years of experience without a degree.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance.
• Experience in contract types such as FFP, FPIF, T&M, Labor Hour, and Cost Reimbursement (preferred).
• Experience as a Cost Account Manager for Subcontracts managing budgets and sales forecasting (preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite of Products (preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (preferred).
• U.S. citizens.
