Manager, Supply Chain

What you'll do

• Manage production planning, material planning, and master scheduling for the Maritime Undersea Dominance product line.
• Maintain accurate data across Oracle and Forge/Foundry systems to reflect real-time inventory and production status.
• Monitor purchase order statuses and coordinate with procurement teams to triage and resolve supply issues.
• Track supplier delivery performance, including on-time shipments and inventory health, while escalating shortages to engineers.
• Execute "boots-on-the-ground" procurement for facilities, COTS items, and miscellaneous materials outside standard flows.
• Oversee and mentor warehouse operations and material flow teams at the Quonset site.
• Act as the primary liaison between production, engineering, finance, and legal teams to ensure operational alignment.

What we're looking for

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Security Clearance.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain with an emphasis on production planning, material planning, or master scheduling in manufacturing.
• Demonstrated ability to manage demand and supply planning processes while keeping production teams informed.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems; familiarity with Oracle is preferred.
• Working knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and inventory management.
• Ability to operate as both a lead-level individual contributor and a mentor for small teams.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills to partner with production, engineering, and finance stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree.
