Product Engineer - Infrastructure as Code Lead Consultant

What you'll do

• Design, build, and productize reusable infrastructure solutions to automate provisioning and management across enterprise platforms.
• Develop automation frameworks and modules using tools like Ansible, Terraform/OpenTofu, Puppet, and Python.
• Establish engineering standards, governance, and a roadmap for the organization's Infrastructure as Code (IaC) strategy.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines that include automated testing, security compliance, and deployment workflows for infrastructure.
• Create self-service capabilities to allow engineering teams to manage infrastructure through software-defined models.
• Develop APIs and integrations to enable infrastructure orchestration and platform services.
• Produce technical documentation, reference architectures, and training materials to enable internal teams on IaC tools.
• Integrate AI-assisted engineering practices and Specification-Driven Design to improve delivery speed and consistency.

What we're looking for

• Deep expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles, patterns, and engineering practices.
• Experience building infrastructure automation solutions using tools such as Ansible, Terraform/OpenTofu, Env0, Puppet, or equivalent platforms.
• Demonstrated success establishing and scaling enterprise infrastructure automation initiatives.
• Strong software engineering mindset with an emphasis on maintainability, testing, version control, and automation.
• Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure deployments.
• Knowledge of Git-based development workflows, branching strategies, pull requests, and code review practices.
• 5 or more years of experience (preferred).
• Experience integrating LLMs, AI agents, or Copilot technologies into infrastructure solutions (preferred).
