Lead Product Software Engineer

What you'll do

• Lead the development of content inspection pipelines using computer vision and vision language models.
• Extract fine-grained temporal metadata such as scene boundaries and visual events from video content.
• Design, write, test, and deploy high-quality code for reliable and maintainable software solutions.
• Translate product and business requirements into scalable technical solutions for complex problem spaces.
• Influence the architectural direction for content inspection and enrichment workflows.
• Provide production support through issue investigation, on-call participation, and defect remediation.
• Mentor peers and promote engineering best practices in design reviews, code reviews, and documentation.
• Build and support distributed systems and APIs using AWS and containerization technologies.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a comparable field of study, or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong proficiency in at least one core programming language such as Java or Python.
• Experience designing and building distributed systems and APIs using REST and/or GraphQL.
• Strong experience with AWS and cloud-native system design.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies in production environments.
• Experience with a wide range of data store technologies.
• Experience building computer vision based systems that analyze video content in production environments (preferred).
