What you'll do

Engineer semiconductor equipment and process design solutions to resolve customer issues and improve product quality.
Lead product development projects from initial prototyping and development through deployment and field support.
Design and conduct experiments, tests, and prototypes to resolve complex technical problems.
Provide technical support for installation, diagnosis, troubleshooting, and debugging of complex product issues.
Present technical analysis and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
Guide the specification and development of products in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Maintain high customer engagement through face-to-face support and international travel to customer sites.
Work in cleanroom lab and customer semiconductor fab environments to support product releases.

What we're looking for

Master’s degree in a related engineering or science field with 8+ years of experience.
PhD in a related engineering or science field with 5+ years of experience.
Equivalent professional experience to the degree requirements.
Exceptional analytical and experimental design skills.
Creative thinking, problem solving, and troubleshooting capabilities.
Exceptional clear communication and presentation skills.
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
Prior product design, technical engineering, or hardware experience (preferred).
