What you'll do

Engineer innovative semiconductor equipment and process design solutions to resolve customer issues and improve product quality.
Lead product development projects from initial prototyping through deployment and field support.
Design and conduct experiments, tests, and prototypes to solve complex technical problems independently.
Provide technical support for installing, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing complex product issues.
Present technical analyses and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
Guide the specification and development of products in coordination with cross-functional teams.
Engage directly with customers at their sites to provide real-time problem solving and support.
Work within cleanroom labs and customer semiconductor fab environments to perform technical tasks.

What we're looking for

Master's degree in a relevant engineering or science field with 8+ years of experience, or a PhD with 5+ years of experience, or equivalent experience.
Exceptional analytical and experimental design skills.
Creative thinking, problem solving, and troubleshooting capabilities.
Exceptional clear communication and presentation skills.
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
Prior product design and technical engineer experience (preferred).
Experience designing, specifying, building, operating, and maintaining semiconductor, automotive, aerospace, or related hardware, tools, and equipment (preferred).
Experience leading cross-functional teams (preferred).
