What you'll do

Engineer semiconductor equipment and process design solutions to resolve customer issues and improve product quality.
Lead product development projects from initial prototyping and development through deployment and field support.
Design and conduct experiments, tests, and prototypes to solve complex technical problems.
Provide technical support for installing, diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and debugging complex product issues.
Present technical analysis and recommendations clearly to internal teams and customers.
Guide product specifications and development in coordination with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
Travel to customer sites to provide face-to-face support for product releases and issue resolution.
Work in cleanroom lab and customer semiconductor fab environments to perform engineering tasks.

What we're looking for

Master’s degree in a relevant engineering or science field with 8+ years of experience.
PhD in a relevant engineering or science field with 5+ years of experience.
Equivalent professional experience to the required degrees and years of experience.
Exceptional analytical and experimental design skills.
Creative thinking, problem-solving, and troubleshooting capabilities.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
Prior product design and technical engineering experience (preferred).
Experience designing, specifying, building, operating, and maintaining semiconductor, automotive, or aerospace hardware (preferred).
Experience leading cross-functional teams (preferred).
