What you'll do

Manage customer escalations end-to-end by diagnosing issues and delivering root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
Lead product development from initial concept through prototype, release, and high-volume manufacturing adoption.
Design and execute experiments (DOE) and tests to resolve complex technical problems and inform design changes.
Communicate complex technical findings and data-driven recommendations to internal stakeholders and customers.
Define requirements and write specifications while balancing performance, reliability, cost, and schedule.
Provide expert technical support for installation and troubleshooting while coaching others on standard playbooks.
Build customer relationships through on-site engagement to influence product roadmaps and near-term releases.
Perform hands-on work in cleanroom labs and customer fabs following strict safety and contamination protocols.

What we're looking for

Master's degree in a relevant engineering or science field with 8+ years of experience.
PhD in a relevant engineering or science field with 5+ years of experience.
Exceptional analytical, experimental design, and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex findings to stakeholders.
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time for on-site engagement.
Willingness to perform hands-on work in cleanroom labs as a daily responsibility.
Preferred experience in product design and technical engineering roles.
Preferred experience with semiconductor, automotive, or aerospace hardware and equipment.
