As a Product Engineer 5 within the Etch Product Group of the Global Products Group, you will engineer etch products to solve complex semiconductor manufacturing challenges for AI, high-performance computing, and advanced memory. You will own customer escalations end-to-end, performing root-cause analysis and delivering corrective actions to improve uptime and yield. Your daily responsibilities include leading product development from concept to prototype, designing and executing experiments, and providing expert technical support in cleanroom labs and customer fabs. You must collaborate with Field, R&D, Process, Hardware, and Program teams to translate customer needs into measurable improvements. Required competencies include exceptional analytical and experimental design skills, creative troubleshooting, and clear communication. What we're looking for
Master’s degree in a relevant engineering or science field with 8+ years of experience, or a PhD with 5+ years of experience, or equivalent experience.

Creative thinking, problem solving, and troubleshooting capabilities.
Exceptional clear communication and presentation skills.
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
Ability to work hands-on in the lab as part of day-to-day responsibilities.
Prior product design and technical engineer experience (preferred).
Experience designing, specifying, building, operating, and maintaining semiconductor, automotive, aerospace, or related hardware, tools, and equipment (preferred).
Experience leading cross-functional teams (preferred).
