What you'll do

Engineer semiconductor equipment and process design solutions to resolve customer issues and improve product quality.
Lead product development projects from initial prototyping through deployment and field support.
Design and conduct experiments, tests, and prototypes to solve complex technical problems.
Provide technical support for installing, diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and debugging complex product issues.
Present technical analysis and recommendations clearly to internal teams and customers.
Guide the specification and development of products by collaborating with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
Maintain high customer engagement through face-to-face support and international travel to customer sites.
Work in cleanroom labs and customer semiconductor fab environments to support product releases.

What we're looking for

Master’s degree in a relevant engineering or science field with 8+ years of experience.
PhD in a relevant engineering or science field with 5+ years of experience.
Equivalent professional experience to the degree requirements.
Exceptional analytical and experimental design skills.
Creative thinking, problem-solving, and troubleshooting capabilities.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
Prior product design, technical engineering, or hardware experience (preferred).
