Product Director, Infrastructure Platforms, Risk Tooling

What you'll do

• Oversee the product roadmap, vision, development, risk management, and business growth targets.
• Lead the entire product life cycle from planning and execution to future development and methodology adaptation.
• Coach and mentor the product team on best practices like market research, prototyping, and product adoption strategies.
• Lead the strategy and execution of risk tooling products for audit readiness and operational risk management.
• Drive the transformation of manual risk processes into scalable, automated, and continuously monitored solutions.
• Partner with Engineering, Risk, and Audit stakeholders to prioritize product investments and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Establish governance and prioritization mechanisms to manage a portfolio of complex risk tooling initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve controls assurance and risk management.

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering products, projects, or technology applications.
• Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics.
• Experience leading large-scale product portfolios focused on risk, controls, compliance, audit, governance, or operational resiliency.
• Experience defining and executing product roadmaps for data, automation, workflow, or platform-based solutions.
• Strong understanding of risk management, controls assurance, audit processes, and regulatory requirements within complex organizations.
• Proven ability to influence product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, and requirements definition.
• Experience driving change and managing stakeholders across multiple functions, including Product, Engineering, Risk, Audit, and Control organizations.
• Experience using metrics, analytics, and dashboards to drive product strategy and business outcomes.
• Experience with controls automation, continuous monitoring, or control assurance platforms (preferred).
• Experience building products for audit evidence collection, RFI, or regulatory response workflows (preferred).
• Familiarity with data platform, data mesh, or enterprise reporting architectures (preferred).
• Experience applying AI or machine learning to risk, controls, compliance, or operational processes (preferred).
