Payments Digital Onboarding Lead Product Executive Director

What you'll do

• Define and oversee the product roadmap, vision, and business growth targets.
• Lead the entire product life cycle from initial planning and execution to future development.
• Manage key stakeholder relationships to align product strategy with business objectives.
• Coach and mentor the product team on best practices like prototyping and market research.
• Own product performance and invest in enhancements to achieve specific business goals.
• Monitor market trends and conduct competitive analysis to identify product differentiation opportunities.
• Manage risks and ensure product reliability, cost-effectiveness, and reusability.

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering products, projects, or technology applications.
• Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to influence the adoption of key product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, and requirements definition.
• Experience driving change within organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Strong communicator with proven cross-team collaboration skills across all levels.
• Recognized thought leader within a related field (preferred).
