What you'll do

  • Define and execute the product vision, roadmap, and business growth outcomes for healthcare integrations.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to define requirements and prioritize backlogs for complex payment and data flows.
  • Lead the entire product life cycle from planning and execution to future development and risk management.
  • Coach and mentor the product team on best practices like prototyping, market research, and product adoption strategies.
  • Own product performance and invest in enhancements to meet business targets for cost, reliability, and scalability.
  • Monitor market trends and conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product differentiation.

What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering products, projects, or technology applications.
  • Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics.
  • Experience building healthcare ecosystems and relationships with healthcare ISVs.
  • Proven ability to influence the adoption of key product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, and requirements definition.
  • Experience driving change within organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functions.
  • Experience with healthcare payments or a closely related field (preferred).
  • Recognized thought leader within a related field (preferred).
