Product Manager Embedded Finance, Healthcare Payments, Vice President

What you'll do

• Develop a product strategy and vision that delivers measurable value to healthcare customers.
• Conduct market research and discovery efforts to integrate customer solutions into the product roadmap.
• Own and maintain the product backlog to support the strategic roadmap and value proposition.
• Lead end-to-end product launches from initial intake through go-live and post-launch stabilization.
• Build and manage integrated launch plans across technology, operations, and client-facing teams.
• Lead product operationalization by defining procedures, support models, and controls prior to launch.
• Establish launch reporting metrics and communicate progress updates to senior stakeholders.
• Facilitate launch retrospectives to drive continuous improvement to processes and cross-functional workflows.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
• Demonstrated success leading end-to-end launches for new products and major enhancements in a cross-functional environment.
• Strong delivery fundamentals including planning, dependency management, governance, and executive-level status reporting.
• Proven ability to drive change readiness and operationalization through process design, training, support models, and documentation.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including influencing without authority and managing competing priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to define metrics and use data to drive decisions and continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization (preferred).
• Strong data literacy and comfort partnering with analytics teams (preferred).
• Payments or healthcare experience (preferred).
