  • Payments industry experience is required.
  • Experience managing disbursement applications across B2B/B2C enterprise software environments.
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
  • Superior written and oral communication abilities.
  • Self-starter, effective at prioritizing tasks, managing time, expectations, and organizing people.
  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization (preferred).
