Healthcare Product Manager, Payments, Vice President

What you'll do

• Develop a product strategy and vision that delivers measurable value to customers.
• Conduct market research and discovery efforts to identify customer needs for the product roadmap.
• Own and maintain the product backlog to support the strategic roadmap and value proposition.
• Track key success metrics including cost, functionality, risk posture, and reliability.
• Lead the end-to-end product life cycle from initial concept through successful launch.
• Provide subject matter expertise to internal partners and external clients.
• Translate high-level strategy into actionable scope, sequenced work, and consistent follow-through.
• Manage risks and dependencies proactively to protect project timelines and delivery quality.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to create Project Charters and Statements of Work.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively with internal teams, external partners, and clients to support shared goals.
• Strong time management, organizational, and planning skills to contribute in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
• Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization (preferred).
• Proficient technical knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle industry, payments, integration methods, and APIs (preferred).
