As a Product Director – Finance Data & Insights, you will join the Consumer & Community Banking Finance Data & Insights Team to lead the development of products and features for the Wealth Management line of business. What you'll do

Oversee the product roadmap, vision, development, execution, and risk management for the finance data ecosystem.
Lead the end-to-end product life cycle to deliver new products, methodologies, and features that meet business targets.
Set the strategy and execution roadmap to modernize the Wealth Management finance data environment.
Provide end-to-end oversight of Flows and Flows-related compensation reporting, including governance and controls.
Establish and run the operating model for high-quality ad hoc analytics and stakeholder support.
Partner with Technology to design and deliver scalable data domains into the Finance Data Mart.
Serve as the senior subject matter expert and escalation point for user acceptance testing and production readiness.
Coach and mentor the product team on best practices for solution generation, prototyping, and product delivery.

What we're looking for

8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering products, projects, or technology applications.
Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional delivery across Finance, Technology, and Data teams with strong execution rigor and risk management.
Experience designing and operating data quality, reconciliation, validation, and reporting controls in regulated environments.
Experience with relational databases and optimizing SQL to pull and summarize large datasets for report creation and ad hoc analyses.
Knowledge of data management concepts including data lineage, metadata, data dictionaries, and discoverability.
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, primarily Excel, to structure executive-ready narratives from analysis.
Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (preferred).
