What you'll do

  • Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for data products supporting financial planning and forecasting.
  • Translate complex business problems from Finance leadership into technical requirements and user stories.

  • Manage the full data lifecycle including documentation, change management, and incident resolution.

What we're looking for

  • 3 to 5 years of technical Product Management experience specifically managing data-as-a-product.
  • Experience partnering with Finance teams on planning, forecasting, and reporting workflows.
  • Deep familiarity with modern data architecture, including lakehouse and medallion models.
  • Hands-on experience with ERPs and core finance systems, including journal entries, AR/AP, and aging schedules.
  • Familiarity with FP&A and Workforce Planning (WFP) ecosystems.
  • Experience handling sensitive data and SOX compliance while balancing risk controls with velocity.
  • Strong communication skills to provide product visibility to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience at top-tier software companies with consumption-based business models is a plus.
