Procurement Analyst

What you'll do

• Track and monitor supply chain KPIs including on-time delivery, supplier performance, inventory levels, and cost savings.
• Create regular reports and dashboards to provide insights into supply chain efficiency and risk areas.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for operational improvement.
• Present findings and data-driven recommendations to management and stakeholders in a clear manner.
• Validate KPI accuracy by collaborating with various internal supply chain functions.
• Support the implementation of new performance metrics and analytical procedures.
• Standardize reporting protocols and documentation for supply chain analysis.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master’s degree is a plus (preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analytics, supply chain management, or a related field with a focus on reporting and analysis.
• Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI (preferred).
• Experience with database management and data analysis software like SQL or Excel (preferred).
• Familiarity with ERP systems and their reporting capabilities (preferred).
• Strong analytical skills to interpret large datasets and communicate complex data clearly (preferred).
• Knowledge of supply chain processes and how they relate to KPIs and performance metrics (preferred).
