Preferred skills include SQL for building custom queries, data visualization in Tableau or Power BI, and knowledge of Blue Yonder, lean manufacturing, and six sigma principles to optimize complex assembly production.

What you'll do

Manage daily demand signaling, ordering, and inventory levels for various product lines.
Resolve supply issues by coordinating with Engineering, Purchasing, and Manufacturing teams.
Lead Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) discussions for assigned product lines.
Align business development forecasts with actual production demand plans.
Analyze and report on material health to inform cross-functional decision-making.
Develop and maintain processes within MRP systems and manage associated master data.
Drive strategic initiatives for demand shaping, advanced modeling, and inventory optimization.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in a technical field or business field.
3+ years of experience in a supply chain or production role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Experience managing complex value chains and coordinating between multiple departments to ensure on-time deliveries.
Technical expertise including the ability to read technical documentation and understand hardware manufacturing processes.
Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or NetSuite and CRM systems like Salesforce.
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
Ability to relocate to Costa Mesa, CA if not already local.
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS clearance.
