Process Improvement Associate I

What you'll do

• Develop detailed process maps, workflows, and documentation to synthesize findings and present recommendations to senior executives.
• Identify business process improvement and automation opportunities using data analytics skills.
• Integrate advanced technologies including LLM suites, CoPilot, and Intelligent Automation into target state designs.
• Interview stakeholders and analyze business documents to gather data for identifying key improvements.
• Build hypothesis sets, analysis roadmaps, and identify potential project roadblocks or risks.
• Test and deploy new process tools and technologies to ensure alignment with operational standards.
• Lead specific projects while managing workstreams and influencing team culture.

What we're looking for

• Proficiency in data analytics including interpreting models and diagrams to communicate data requirements.
• Demonstrated ability in storytelling to convey complex ideas and concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience working with diverse teams with varied experiences, skills, and backgrounds.
• Capability to use artificial intelligence tools such as LLM suite and Copilot for data and knowledge tasks.
• Strong problem-solving abilities combined with exceptional client management and executive-level communication skills.
• Ability to take ownership of tasks and manage most elements of an entire workstream.
• Experience creating written and verbal presentations tailored for senior audiences.
• Systems thinking, customer service principles, cross-functional collaboration, and agile methodologies (preferred).
