What you'll do

What we're looking for

  • A Master's degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or a related field with 3+ years of experience is required.
  • A PhD degree is accepted as an alternative to the Master's and experience requirement.
  • Experience in laboratory work and on semiconductor equipment including surface preparation and analytical techniques is preferred.
  • In-depth understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and/or Design of Experiments (DOE) is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MATLAB, Python, or other similar scientific computing languages is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of statistical analysis, problem-solving methodologies, and tools like JMP or Minitab is preferred.
  • Background in deposition techniques such as ALD, CVD, PECVD, or PVD is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Plasma Physics, RIE, ALE, ICP, CCP, and material characterization is preferred.
