What we're looking for

  • A Master's degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or a related field with 3+ years of experience.
  • A PhD degree is accepted as an alternative to the Master's and experience requirement.
  • Experience in laboratory work and on semiconductor equipment including surface preparation and analytical techniques.
  • In-depth understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and/or Design of Experiments (DOE).
  • Proficiency in MATLAB, Python, or other similar scientific computing languages.
  • Working knowledge of statistical analysis, problem-solving methodologies, and tools such as JMP or Minitab.
  • Background in deposition techniques like ALD, CVD, PECVD, or PVD.
  • Knowledge of plasma physics, etching technologies (RIE, ALE), and material synthesis/characterization.
