Process Architect, Strategic Ventures

What you'll do

• Design, implement, and maintain new and existing processes for Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, and other cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with system architects to develop workflows that integrate with core business systems and drive necessary technical changes.
• Architect scalable process solutions that can accommodate increasing volume, complexity, and team size as the company grows.
• Create visual diagrams to document complex business workflows from start to finish for internal teams.
• Root-cause operational problems and implement process-based solutions to improve hardware procurement and deployment speeds.
• Manage the transition of new processes to business teams by ensuring they are well-documented and sustainable.
• Fill critical operational gaps and perform "pinch hitter" tasks as needed to ensure smooth business operations.

• U.S. Person status is required to access controlled data.
• Proven track record of high ownership and execution from concept to durable operation.
• Ability to operate in highly ambiguous environments with minimal direction.
• Strong systems thinking skills to design end-to-end processes that anticipate edge cases.
• Experience designing and implementing cross-functional processes that scale and are adopted by teams.
• Proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative analysis to inform process design.
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Ability to critically evaluate information and question assumptions to determine necessary requirements.
