The Digital Transformation Process Architect joins the Global Digital & Transformation Team as a mid-level professional focused on designing, optimizing, and scaling operational workflows for facilities portfolios. This role serves as a critical bridge between operations and technology, translating complex business requirements into technical specifications, user stories, and data-flow requirements. You will map "as-is" environments to create "to-be" process blueprints using BPMN 2.0 notation while identifying automation opportunities through low-code tools and RPA. The role requires proficiency in mapping tools like Lucidchart or MS Visio, knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and Agile methodologies, and familiarity with Jira or Azure DevOps. You will solve complex problems regarding work order management, asset lifecycles, and energy management by ensuring that systems like IWMS, CMMS, and IoT are built upon standardized, scalable operational foundations to drive digital adoption across corporate real estate services.
Map complex operational processes and design standardized "to-be" workflows using BPMN 2.0 notation.
Conduct detailed process assessments to identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and automation opportunities in facility management.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications, user stories, and data-flow requirements for engineering teams.
Identify opportunities to automate manual steps using low-code tools, workflow engines, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
Facilitate design workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and align on project goals.
Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and transition guides to support change management.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the efficiency of digital rollouts.
Maintain JLL’s global process library and provide guidance to junior Process Analysts.
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Technology Integration, Management Information Systems, Operations Management, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in process design, business analysis, operations consulting, or systems implementation.
Proven experience modeling complex workflows and translating business needs into structured process architectures.
Proficiency in process mapping tools such as Lucidchart, MS Visio, Miro, Signavio, or Celensis.
Solid understanding of Process Improvement methodologies including Lean Six Sigma, BPMN 2.0, and Agile.
Familiarity with Agile tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
Conceptual understanding of SaaS systems, cloud platforms, APIs, and databases.
Knowledge of commercial real estate operations, corporate services, or facilities management.
General awareness of industry systems such as Maximo, ServiceNow, Planon, or Archibus (preferred).
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification (preferred).
Business Analysis certification such as IIBA-CCBA or PMI-PBA (preferred).
Experience with process mining tools or workflow automation software (preferred).
