As a Principal Windows Systems Administrator, you will join the CIDO Classified Solutions team to support information system lifecycle activities for classified government contracts. You will also manage virus protection, test new product releases, and resolve issues involving hardware, firmware, and software. The role requires expertise in Windows Server administration to maintain secure, high-availability systems within a strictly controlled classified environment.

What you'll do

Perform Windows administration tasks across multiple networks under minimal direction.
Maintain system reliability through installation, upgrading, patching, monitoring, and configuration management.
Ensure system compliance using Group Policy and other relevant technologies.
Provide and maintain backup services, manage file systems, and monitor virus protection.
Test new product releases to ensure compatibility and minimize impact on users.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for system processes and procedures.
Maintain security audit logs and provide inputs for Information Systems Security requirements.
Troubleshoot complex issues across hardware, software, firmware, and network layers.

What we're looking for

Must have a current U.S. Government Top Secret security clearance.
Must be a U.S. citizen.
Must possess a Security+ or greater certification.
Master’s degree and 3 years experience, Bachelor’s and 5 years, Associate’s and 7 years, or High School and 9 years of relevant experience.
Experience with Windows domains including Active Directory, GPOs, policies, and permissions.
Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 pounds.
Willingness to work on-site at the Melbourne, FL location without telecommuting options.
