Principal Windows Systems Administrator

What you'll do

• Perform Windows administration tasks and support multiple networks under minimal direction.
• Maintain multi-user computer systems by coordinating with engineers, technicians, and project managers.
• Install, upgrade, patch, and monitor systems to ensure operational reliability and configuration management.
• Manage backup and recovery services, file systems, disk space, and routine virus protection.
• Ensure system compliance through Group Policy and other security technologies.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for system processes and procedures.
• Maintain security audit logs for all classified networked and standalone computers.
• Isolate technical issues between software, firmware, hardware, networks, and applications.

What we're looking for

• Master’s degree and 3 years of relevant experience, Bachelor’s degree and 5 years, Associate’s degree and 7 years, or High School diploma and 9 years.
• Current US Government Top Secret security clearance.
• Security+ or greater certification.
• Experience with Windows domains, including Active Directory, GPOs, Policies, and permissions.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (preferred).
• Active TS/SCI, SAP/SAR access, or Polygraph (preferred).
• Windows Server Administration including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and LDAP (preferred).
• Experience operating under NISPOM Chapter 8, DCID 6/3-ICD 503, RMF, STIG, JAFAN, or JSIG environments (preferred).
